What I collect, and what I do with it

chrisramirezlab.com is operated by EmpiresWithYourSuccess.com. You can reach me through the community linked at the bottom of this page.

02What I collect

Two things, and nothing more than that.

• What you type in. When you fill in an opt-in form, that is your first name and your email address. Both fields are required by the form and neither is optional.
• What the server records. Like nearly every website, the host logs standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages requested. This is used for security and troubleshooting, not to build a profile of you.

03Why I collect it

Your name and email are used to deliver the free resource you requested and to send you email: affiliate offers, my own products, and content I publish. Your first name is used to address you in those emails.

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out, permanently, and you do not have to tell me why.

04Where your email is stored

Email addresses are stored with and sent through AWeber, an email service provider based in the United States. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.

05Cookies and tracking

Separately, when you click a link to a third-party product, that company may set a cookie identifying me as the referrer. That is how affiliate commissions are attributed. See the Terms page for the full disclosure.

06Who else touches your data

I use a small number of outside services to run this. Each has its own privacy policy.

• AWeber stores your email address and sends my email.
• Hostinger hosts this website and its server logs.
• Affiliate networks such as WarriorPlus and JVZoo, when you click a promotional link and land on their pages.
• Skool, if you join the community.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Not to a list broker, not to a JV partner, not to anyone.

07Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask me to delete what I hold about you, and I will.
• Ask me what I hold about you, and I will tell you.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know and the right to delete. I do not sell personal information as that law defines it. 08How long I keep it

Your email stays on my list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it. Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for security purposes.

09Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given me their information, contact me and I will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will also be mentioned to my email list.
